Pop-up Information

You are at this page most likely because a link on the login page detected that a pop-up blocker may be active.

ClaimsBridge uses pop-up windows legitimately to open subsidiary windows to perform searches, to download files, to display errors and context sensitive help. A pop-up blocker prevents us from operating properly.

We strongly advise that you define us as a trusted site in your browser. This will most likely remove all interference. Occasionally, if you are using third party pop-up blockers, you may have to perform additional steps.

You may define us as a trusted site as follows:

• On Internet Explorer, go to the Tools, Internet Options menu.
• Select the Security tab and click the Trusted Sites icon.
• Click the Sites button and you will be presented with a trusted site list.
• Add https://www.ClaimsBridge.net to the list.
• If using Internet Explorer 8, make sure the slider in the Security Zone box is set to Medium-low
• Click OK twice.  That should solve the issue.
